In 1998, the name of the Karl Herd company was changed to KHW World Wide GmbH. Today, the company manufactures products for enterprises all over the world on a production area of 77,000 square metres.

Furthermore, KHW World Wide GmbH produces special components which are tailored to the particular needs of the customers, such as die-cast heat sinks, special cable harnesses as well as plastic injection moulding parts and special metal parts made by extrusion.
